What can I say about Ernesto Ramos? Let me start with he was my angel in selling my probate property. From the beginning, he made the process easy and we sold the place in less than 5 days. Then he went beyond his duty to help me move an inoperable car that sat on the property. Honestly, I feel like I made a friend and I look forward to doing future business with him. I am one of those people who does not answer my phone when someone calls from a number I don't know, but something made me answer the phone when Ernesto called me; I am so glad I did! When you are listed as the executor of an estate the calls and letters start coming quickly. When I took Ernesto's call, he was polite and apologetic for the loss of my father. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, just asked if it would be ok to send me some information on selling my dad's house in California. I live out of state so I needed someone I could count on since I couldn't be there to oversee much! True to his word, Ernesto sent me a packet of information as well as emailed it to me. I was able to learn a little about the process and about his expertise in handling probate sales. I wasn't quite ready to list the house at that time but Ernesto kept in touch with me without being pushy. Once we made the decision to get the house listed Ernesto met us at the house and we agreed on a sales price, there was a tenant in the house and Ernesto was professional and accommodating to the tenant as well as to us. He was always gracious when I asked my many questions about the process and asked his advice on how to deal with tenant issues, furniture and belongings removal, and sales issues. He never seemed to tire of my endless questions; if he did, he sure didn't show it! Once we got everything set, we listed the house on a Friday afternoon. The house was sold in 8 days at $11,000 over asking! Ernesto walked me through the entire process and told me about every offer we had, some less and some more and told me the pros and cons of each. Working with Ernesto Ramos was the easiest part of the probate process and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in California! If we choose to move back, he will be my realtor of choice! Thank you, Ernesto, for making this stressful process so much easier than it could have been!
Ernesto's knowledge of the market and probate process helped get us through the sale of my mom's house with confidence. He was always responsive when I needed to talk to him.
